    My order has been delayed in shipment for more than two weeks since I made the payment and it seems to be delay for a month. I want to share my experience for other buyer, cherrykoko has no take any responsibility for the delay in shipping. They should have offer me a free shipping or a discount. They always have problem with shipping delay!

    ​ rattanaphon ​ My order has been delayed shipped for almost a month,3 weeks. I haven’t received any email from CRKO regarding some of items I ordered out of stock. They informed to wait for all items to be in stock in order to shipped everything together and they can’t tell me the actual date of items restock. They denied to shipped in partial to me for oversea order. They can’t do anything, just let customer wait longer. Therefore I want to remind people who want to purchase items from CRKO before ordering you have to ask them first which items are in stock and ready to be shipped after make payment, if you not ask them, you will have to wait for order shipped for up to a month or even more than one month. Also, CRKO is take so long time to response to customer messages and not take responsibility for delayed in delivery and not offering any discount. Think first before purchase from CRKO.
